Conference preregistration fee is $10.00.
It costs $12.00 at the door.

Please ask your providers, and local collaborative, if their offices will give scholarships to attend the Consumer Wellness Conference.

Registration at the door opens at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday September 23.
